What time do doors open?

Doors will open 45 minutes before each show (2:45pm and 6:45pm)

Is seating open or reserved?

All seating in the hall is open. In other words, you pick your own seat when you arrive.

Can I save seats?

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, assuming the show isn’t sold out.

Can I avoid service fees?

Unfortunately, no. We keep our service fees as low as possible while still maintaining an efficient ticket buying process.

How long will the concert last?

Approximately two hours.

Is there handicap access?

Yes. There are two handicap entrances. On the street level, enter through the side door on the to the right of the hall. You can also drive up the service road to the left of the hall and there will be a handicap entrance.

Is there plenty of parking?

Yes. There is plenty of free parking within close walking distance.

Can I exchange tickets from one show to the next?

Will the shows sell out?

It’s hard to predict with certainty but the 3:30pm show is more likely to sell out than the 7:30pm show. The 3:30pm show has always been better attended but both are always at least pretty full.

Something has come up, can I get a refund?

Will there be food or drink available for purchase?

There will be light snacks available to purchase (chips, candy, water). Alcohol is not permitted on the campus. No outside food or drink is permitted.
